How will my goods be delivered?
Test reports can usually be automatically downloaded from our site within a few minutes of placing your order.
Instruction manuals, Focal Camera Guides, repair manuals and test report books will be sent to you by first class post within 24 hours.
If you are ordering both test reports (which can be downloaded) and items such as instruction manuals (which cannot) all the items you order will be posted to you. If you specifically want to download the test reports please place separate orders for the items to be downloaded and the items to be posted.
