How will my goods be delivered?
Recent test reports can usually be downloaded automatically from our site within a few minutes of you placing your order.
Test report books, instruction manuals, Focal Camera Guides and repair manuals will be sent to you by first class post within 24 hours.
If you are ordering both test reports and items such as instruction manuals all the items you order will be posted to you. If you specifically want to download the test reports please place separate orders for the items to be downloaded and the items to be posted.
