How will my goods be delivered?
Individual articles can usually be automatically downloaded from our site within a few minutes of you placing your order.
Books of articles will be sent to you by first class post within 24 hours.
If you are ordering both individual articles and books of articles the items you order will be posted to you. If you specifically want to download the individual articles please place separate orders for the items to be downloaded and the items to be posted.
