How will my goods be delivered?
Individual test reports and articles can usually be automatically downloaded from our site within a few minutes of you placing your order. If tests are not available to download they will be sent by first class post within 24 hours.
Books of test reports and articles will be sent to you by first class post within 24 hours.
If you are ordering both individual tests or articles and books of tests or articles the items you order will be posted to you. If you specifically want to download the individual tests and articles please place separate orders for the items to be downloaded and the items to be posted.
