How will my goods be delivered?
Individual test reports and articles can usually be automatically downloaded from our site within a few minutes of you placing your order.
Books of test reports and books of articles will be sent to you by first class post within 24 hours.
If you are ordering both individual tests (which can be downloaded) and books of tests or books of articles (which cannot be downloaded) the items you order will be posted to you. If you specifically want to download the individual tests please place separate orders for the items to be downloaded and the items to be posted.
